Everything was great. We loved the place. What made it more special was the assistant manager Corey. By mistake I had booked the wrong night at the same hotel through booking.com. This was nonrefundable. I mentioned it to Corey and he really stepped up. He made some phone calls to cancel and get my money back. I truly appreciate all his efforts and going out of his way. This made my day. I will stay at Hampton Inn again.

Nothing as Breakfast was cold and very few choices. Breakfast staff was not cordial. They told us service was 6-9. We and others were told 7-10. We came down to eat at 9:15 expecting a good Hampton Inn breakfast. Instead appliances were unplugged and most was put away.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helped us out with any request we had. The rooms were very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was nice.

The woman on staff was very helpful. I have mobility issues and she made many good suggestions. Also there was a guest laundry which I very much appreciated!!

The location is amazing. So many stores and things to do all around. Also super quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and indoor pool where perfect to relax in.
